Fun fact: Shane's car was supposed to be autobot(or at least one disguised as his car) named Rollbar, though some considered it to be Smokescreen, but was cut from production. Its believed the whole "feels like my driving's on whole other level" line was a scene left from before that point, alluding the autobot was doing most of the work.

@@NoReply28 I figured it was an Autobot in hiding, either it had showed up at a car lot like Bumblebee did in the first movie, or it scanned and replaced Shane's car. The timing of his intervention made it seem more like it was running a distraction for Optimus rather than picking up the Yeagers. Plus there was the line about how Shane felt like he was driving better than usual, almost like someone else was helping him.

Yeah, Grimlock, the T-Rex is my favorite Transformer that isn't Optimus Prime. Even over Bumblebee. Those characters are more integral to the whole lore than this movie makes it seem. In the cartoon, Grimlock was one of the few Autobots that Megatron legitimately feared. Maybe the only other one besides Omega Supreme and Optimus himself. There was a scene that was cut from this one where you find out the Dinobots were the guardians of the All-Spark and were with it when Megatron caused it to crash land on Earth in pre-historic times. From what I understand, that would have been greatly expanded upon in the next one and I'm very disappointed they didn't go that route. Supposedly, Grimlock would have been revealed as a Prime as well Volcanicus Prime. I know in one of the later cartoons the Dinobots combined into a big robot called Volcanicus so, I see where that came from. In the unmade fifth film that we sadly didn't get the Dinobots were The Last Knights. I mean....that's all set up in this one. Optimus even calls them knights. I like parts of 5 but....ehhh..

That scene with the car jumping out the window was crazy in the theater in 3D also when they were climbing out of the shop on that line where the robot dogs were attacking them was crazy in 3D there was a lot of metallic details on the ship surface that looked very realistic stuff you wouldn't really get without 3D.

The Last Knight is just a horror show of a film. Bad storyline, CGI looks bad for some reason I don't know why, there is a reused clip from the second film and it there's something in that clip that makes it lazy and noticeable, lazy filming, 3 different aspect ratios which ruin the experience, reusing Stanley Tucci as a different character despite him being in the 4th one. etc etc

Stanley Tucci playing Merlin made sense....until I saw it lol. I thought his character in this one was going to be a descendant of Merlin. Also, I'm not sure what clip you're talking about being reused but Transformers 2 reused several shots of ships from Pearl Harbor. And part of the freeway chase in Dark of the Moon was lifted from The Islsnd. Although in Dark of the Moon's case, I think a stunt person was gravely injured filming that scene and the footage of them getting injured was inextricably tied to part of that chase so they altered it that way because it wasn't able to be set up and filmed again..

Fun fact Just to tell you two that dino and sideswipe from dark of the moon show there dead body in lockdown ship and Sam the main character from the 1,2 and 3 movie died and when optimus transforms you can hear him say sam run cause he was ambushed and Sam was with him and lockdown has a hole in his chest by sideswipe trying to fight back and lockdown later kills him as you can see there body’s of sideswipe and dino were used as the droids so sad fact for the autobots who died and fought along with optimus and bumblebee uses his old friends moves like for example ratchet when bumblebee saw stinger he transforms like ratchet in the 1st movie later in the battle in the bridge bumblebee uses weapons like ironhide and jazz the first autobot who died bumblebee kicks lockdown like jazz when jazz transformed in the 1st movie very very sad fact

One last little thing because I like talking about this movie (and just Transformersin general lol)....I live about 20 miles from Paris, Texas, the town where Mark Wahlberg's character is supposed to live at the beginning and somehow, even though it wasn't really filmed in Paris...that actually looks dead ass like Paris, Texas in the film. For a movie series that showed the back door to the Smithsonian open up into a huge dry field, somehow they got little Paris Texas right. I would think it was just luck but there's this very recognizable fork where you go right for the loop and left for downtown that I swear you see in the film. It's the shot with Optimus on the overpass with Lockdown driving on the road under him. It's so right that it looks to me like Cade lives in Deport and Lockdown chases them up Hwy 271 for about five miles into Paris. As someone who lives here, I appreciated that the location didn't rip me out of the movie by looking all wrong. That's the last thing I expected a Michael Bay movie to get right. Someone had to have actually done their homework. Movies are always getting Texas locations wrong except for this one somehow..
