I find hilarious that the show neglected Tina so hard that the only way they managed to give her a solo was on a dream sequence that actually never happened in-universe.

OMG, not that episode 😂😂😂😂 The behind the scenes of this episode is so gold, you need to watch it 😂😂😂😂 For me, the best impression was Artie pretending to be Santana, Santana pretending to be Artie, Will and Sue switching characters, Puck and Blaine, and Quinn and Sugar 😂😂😂

Fun fact The last solo of Tina at this moment, was in season 1, when she sang True Colors 😳 In season 2, she had 3, but, they weren't easy officers or they didn't let it end... like Getting to Know You in episode 1, My Funny Valentine in episode 12 and Follow Rivers i'm episode 19... So, True Colors was in TV on 2009, and this episode is in 2012... 😩 Tina deserved Better!!!

the only time Tina got actually the chance to shine honestly Jenna is very talented she was slept on ... it's a shame love love see the cast switch character i mean Puck and Finn as Blaine and Kurt and Kurt as Finn i mean c'mon 🤣🤣 Kevin Mchale (Artie) wanted to wear the cheerio outfit so the skirt but that got denied .. too bad 😂😂 i actually like Puck and Beiste relationship i like him when he actually break his bad boy character ..

Also, her gripe and the others should be upset with Schue not Rachel. And more crap saying that when Rachel complained they all were like she is just claiming her stardom, NOT TRUE AT ALL, Schue did NOT cave to her she did not get the songs when she complained and the the kids insulted her and said she was annoying.

I cried so hard on that episode and even more on the following one. Glee was such a cornerstone of my forming years, watching it again with you has been really wholesome. I love your reactions!! Glee, Criminal minds and Once Upon a Time were my absolute faves a decade ago and watching them again through your channel feels very comforting. Thank you for sharing your reactions with us!

While I don't disagree with your views about Tina, I also realize that Rachel and Finn were the stars of this show and all the other glee club members were featured players. I mean, that's what they were hired as. And if you follow/remember all the many character arcs, everyone got featured bits throughout all of the first three seasons (songs and story lines and dance features, etc.). Did they all get solos on stage in front of an "audience"? Well, no. But they did get their own solos and duets and what not in the choir room or in other parts of the school. All of them. Remember when Brittany and Mike barely made any noise in S01? They ended up growing into their roles and getting more and more thrown their way. So did Tina, just not as featured as much as the stars of the show, Lea and Corey.

I call BS on Tina though she was just featured in ABC she didn't try out for solo the year before and didn't even try for Maria or Anita in the school musical. She also had a chance to sing assignments like any other student.

I Absolutely Positively 100% Loved Watching Every Single Episode Of "Glee" When It Aired Especially Knowing That I Was A Glee Kid Growing Up Singing, Dancing, Doing Musical Theater And Being At Home On Stage And Having A Show That Was Made About People Like Me...I Have Always Been And Will Always Be A Broadway Baby And A Gleek!!!!! However, Now Watching "Glee" Is Really Hard And Sad Knowing That Now Their 2 Leading Males (Finn & Puck) Are No Longer Here With Us (Cory Monteith) Passed Away From A Drug Overdose (Heroine) Knowing That Him & Lea Michele Were An Item When He Passed And Then Mark Salling (Puck) Was Going To Be Sent To Jail For Child Pornography And Committed Suicide By Hanging And Then Now The Most Recent Being Naya Rivera (Santana) From Accidental Drowning And Knowing That Her Son Was There And Witnessed Her Death. Knowing That There Will Never Be Any Chance Or Opportunity For A Reunion At Some Point In The Future. The Entire Cast Is And Was So Immensely Talented And They All Had Such Bright Futures Ahead And Now Knowing That Lea Michele Actually Got To Live Her Fairytale Dream Of Playing Fannie Bryce In Funny Girl On Broadway!!!!! It's Just So Incredibly Sad, Heartbreaking And Devastating To Know That Three Of The Cast Members Are Gone Far Too Early And Far Too Soon In Deaths That Could've Probably Been Prevented!!!!! All 3 Of Them Will Be Missed And Remembered.

She isn't a very good actress, though. The actress gave her so little personalty they had to have Rachel as Tina got back to goth time cause that was the only trait off play off of. For comparison, look at how easily Dianna had it to play Sugar who doesn't get much screen time, but Vanessa put in the traits and quirks so it was easy to play her.

It's not the actress, it's the writers. They don't know what to do with quieter, introverted and timid characters. They never invested time in exploring and developing Tina's character so she never really got any story arcs.

@@NCC-1701_no_bloody_a_b_c_or_d She had enough to evaluate her acting skills and she was mediocre at best. Maybe they didn't invest more in her because she did not put forth the effort to build her own character more. Even Mike at least put some effort into his background acting.
