That was Hyunjin that you were asking about, and yes, he does actually rap a fair bit. If you check out their very first debut video District 9, he rapped in that. He just doesn't stand out as a rapper as much as Changbin and Han do. He's more well known as an amazing dancer, but as you said, they can all do every role within the group.

Hyunjin also raps on many other Stray Kids songs (just a few listed below): Muddy Water Topline District 9 Double Knot Unusually for most K-Pop groups, all 8 members can and have rapped, depending on the song. Hyunjin is also one of their main dancers.
