I'm from Galicia in Spain, same place as Tanxugueiras, so I think I can answer a few of your questions :D The dancers are not wearing kilts, they just crossdressing and wearing the female traditional garments, just a regular skirt. The singers are all wearing different and modern versions of some pieces of the traditional garment aswell. The dance is a muiñeira (roughly translated as miller's dance) and if it looks gaelic to you, it's because Galicia has celtic roots. That scream at 4:30? It's called aturuxo, and it's how our women, our cantareiras, expresed their joy while singing. Tambourine is their main musical instrument, and a lot of galician women are proud of being able to play it in the traditional way. This is folk galician music fused with modern sounds, this music roots in galician women, strong women that took care of our homes, land, families and culture when no one knew how to write and read. They're singing in galician, an official language from Spain, spoken in Galicia and it's a close relative to portuguese. They're also using all the other spanish languages: spanish, catalan (from Catalonia), euskera (Euskadi or Basque Country, maybe that's easier for you, but the name is really Euskadi) and bable (Asturias, although it's not an official language yet). They say "There are no borders" in all those languages. Hope this helps and shines a bit of light into this beautiful song and culture. And sorry for any mistake I might have made in english, it's my third language, I try to do my best :P

El celta que me indican a mi en mi adn es irlandés, escocés y galés. No tienen en cuenta el Ibero. Que dentro del Ibero tb hay celta. Porque se basan en similitudes genéticas y las asocian a un lugar. Yo soy catalana y gallega. Mis dos padres totalmente gallegos y catalanes (al menos por apellidos) tienen los dos genética celta de esas zonas. Mi padre además tiene un 19% inglés. Que según tengo entendido los inglés o angles son las tribus de las islas que iban pintados (es la traducción) que son para mi los escoceses. Así que me da un poco de confusión.

@@angyliv8040 Según el mapa genético europeo, los españoles somos genticamente celtas apróximadamente un 75% (puede ver ese mapa en Internet), y luego vienen los demás aportes (íberos indoeuropeos procedentes del Caucaso, latinos procedentes de Roma, germanos procedentes del norte de Europa y muy muy pocos judíos, árabes y bereberes (dado que estos tres grupos fueron expulsados a finales del siglo XV y principios del XVI)). Creo que al observar ese mapa pueda aclararse sus dudas. Yo, por ejemplo, soy de Sevilla y mi genética es germánica y eslava-rusa (tengo ojos grises azulados, piel clara y mi pelo era rubio oscuro (ahora canoso, pero con todo mi pelo)), lo cual no debe sorprender porque los eslavos eran los esclavos procedentes de la actual Rusia que trajeron los musulmanes árabes o bereberes a España (eslavo significaba esclavo entre los musulmanes). No obstante hay zonas de España donde la génetica árabe bereber puede ser aún muy fuerte y determinante. Esta es la paradoja racial de España viene dada porque hemos tenido muchísimos "turistas" a lo largo de los siglos, "turistas" que prefirieron quedarse a vivir en nuestra nación. La preeminencia celta se explica porque la población másculina original de España desapareció (¿por eliminación o porque a las nativas les gustaba más los nuevos?), cosa que no sucedió con la población femenina. Por otro lado, y según recientes estudios, los ingleses, los galeses y los irlandeses actuales son originarios de los antiguos celtas españoles (no así en el caso de los escoceses). En resumen, ¡paradojas del "turismo" de entonces!.
