The flerkittens (10 real kittens) were from a shelter nearby to where they were shooting. I do recall a few being adopted by people on set. Goose in the first film was played by Reggie, and Goose in this film was played by both Tango & Nemo. Apparently, Feige LOVES cats and wanted extra Goose, hence the flerkittens.

It's okay for you. And that's okay too. But allow yourself to be open minded enough to appreciate that other people can't accept just 'ok'. Their standards are higher. Some people aren't looking for just a superhero movie in the MCU, especially after Endgame, the stakes set up in Loki, Dr Strange, No Way Home etc. Some people are looking for something that actually is coherent with the entire MCU. The main reason people liked the MCU in the first place was because stuff ties in together. Lastly, a lot of people who hate this movie have followed the MCU since Iron Man in 2008. They genuinely loved the franchise but aren't going to accept mediocre 5.7/10 movies because it's ok.

I saw this in theaters and IDK when I think of MCU I don't think of silly movies with dance scenes and singing. This movie is for an audience that doesn't overlap too much with MCU fans - that's why it flopped. And that's not to say silly movies can't be great - I thought Aladdin was really good and funny. But I wouldn't say Aladdin would make a good mcu movie

I know I'm late, but I haven't seen this brought up in the comments, so i'm going to say it now. Of course, I haven't read all of the comments, so maybe someone else already told you. The reason that she didn't go for a red dwarf star, aside from pettiness, as you said, is because it wouldn't actually work. You are right about them having a massivley long lifespan of at minimum 200 billion years, possibly in the trillions, I don't remember exactly. However, they don't give off much heat when compared to yellow stars while still giving out a lot of other, more harmful forms of radiation. In order to be close enough to have enough heat, you also have to be close enough that the star will strip the planet of its atmosphere, leaving it uninhabitable, making the entire thing pointless.

This movie is the same as Eternals for me, it’s a good MCU film that I personally enjoy that didn’t do too well in the box office and with public opinion. I’m really not sure what it is with these 2 films that made them do so badly, especially since they don’t have the same issues as other films. There’s no glaringly bad VFX, no hard to understand plot, no excessive jokes that overshadow story. The only thing I can think of with Eternals is the fact it’s new characters, then with this film it’s because the characters are from shows not everyone has watched

I liked this movie. I thought it was fun. And I was excited to see Kelsey Grammer get a second chance to play Beast (he was good in X3 but that movie was terrible--but people who say this was terrible need help because I saw THAT in the theaters and this is Shakespeare in comparison). I thought they did a good job of introducing Kamala's personality, though not her powers really. I didn't think they did a good job of establishing who Monica was though. There's just one line about her walking through a witch hex and quick flashbacks to the Captain Marvel film. If Marvel wants to continue expanding their universe--which I think the do--they need to get better at defining the characters without making everyone watch every series and movie. A short new scene from the time Carol, Monica and Maria living together (possibly the three of them trying to work together to fix some problem like the Marvels must at the end?) would have gone a long way, I think.

The team Kamala is referencing in the last scene is "Young Avengers". Other characters already introduced from that comic-book team are Wanda's kids, Wiccan and Speed, Ant-Man's daughter who's called Stature, Echo, America Chavez, Patriot, and Kid Loki. Patriot is Isaiah Bradley's grandson, we met him in Captain America and the Winter Soldier. It's moments like these that make me realize what a giant nerd I am lol

This is fun movie. If you go into it expecting something insane like Endgame or Infinity War you will be severely disappointed but I distinctly remember having a fun time watching it in the theater on opening night. This did not at all deserve to be shit on the way it was. This was no where near as offensively horrible as Thor: Love and Thunder, which is a movie that did have good ideas and scenes but was far overshadowed by Taika Waititi's style of comedy and writing as a whole. I think that may actually be why I was pleasantly surprised with this one actually. I had heard it was rated as another of Marvel's worst films like Love and Thunder but this is just nowhere near as bad as that movie.

Marvel fans of a certain age are so greedy. They want it all to be for THEM. My tween daughter took three friends to see this movie for her birthday, and they had a GRAND time. It’s a great family film. Marvel movies don’t need to be all about the boys saving the world and doing cool looking stuff. We’ve seen all that through the first three phases, and I am done with bending the knee to all those boys doing all the heavy lifting and a Pat on the back for girls standing by and looking cute. DONE. This film was great fun. And marvel fans need to watch out and make sure they don’t turn into Star Wars haterfans (who were born before 1985 and crapped on the SW prequels).

It could have used a few more scenes here and there to flesh it out. They really need to figure out a way to update viewers that don’t want the shows some context. The Ms marvel cliffnotes was a great example of it don’t right. Nick Fury’s complete change of personality was not.

I would recommend watching the Ms. Marvel show. If you don't watch it on the channel, watch it in the background. I loved it because it is just pure teenage fun. I didn't like that they made Kamala a mutant instead of an inhuman but you win some you lose some.

I get what you're saying about Nick Fury but it's more realistic for our personalities to change, depending on the situation. In situations that are wild and mad, we tend to more excitable. For example, some guys will be with serious people and try to act how they think is the most acceptable but then, behind closed doors, see an animals and get all soft over them. I think it rounds out his character as more than just a serious man with attitude.

Hawkeye is a important series for the MCU which builds up for other events that are coming and introduction of the other important characters.. The people that you listened to are misogynistic

Omg i LOVE THE MARVELS! It’s like a comic book coming to life! The camera work, colors and the action! Omf Brie ❤ she delivered the best Captain Marvel ever - obviously Carol now is for the first time ever - on her own skin! Such a development omg! Her invulnerable hero side and her vulnerable humanity. She started jaded and tired with all the pressure on her shoulders, alone.. and ends up loving being part of a team! We saw more layers to Carol’s personality. Awesome. Oh Kamala oh boy!!!!! She’s a delight! Monica so cool! Everything here is amazing. Their chemistry is out of this world! Goose and the Flerkittens! ❤ The flaws are normal, nothing we haven’t seen in the MCU before. Love it so much! So good to see my fave Captain Marvel back ❤
