A little late to this reaction but my husband and I watched this movie together for the first time and we cried sooooo much. Then we both looked at each other crying and he said he hoped we could go together when the time comes. Man, that movie really portrays what your soulmate feels like. He is my soulmate and my better half, i don't think i could ever live without him 😭

love is contagious! I loved your reaction, it's really a very interesting story. Love is the most precious thing we can feel, and feeling it is an honor! The love of these two, although fictional, teaches us many, many ways in which we can improve in what we are most wrong about. Success to you, I loved the reaction so much!

In fact, if we consider the real story, that is, the one in Nicholas Sparks' books. Noah doesn't die in "The Notebook", in fact he still plays a fundamental role in the lives of his children, especially a daughter and her son-in-law, just read "The Wedding". One more reason to love Nicholas Sparks 💙

This is one of my favorite movies, im glad you guys enjoyed! In the books a lot of things are explained more. One of the things that was different is that the night Noah brought ally to the home during the summer they did in fact lose it to each other, so she wasn’t innocent for her fiancé but she also never slept with him because as you guys pointed out in the higher class she was supposed to wait for marriage. So in the movie that was her first time lol

Ahhh okay that seems much more believable! I'm sure they made other tweaks like that throughout the movie

What would you do, no internet, no TV and most people in the country didn't even have telephones. I remember guys showing off in the 50s and 60s. You keep this guy. Finally a guy who catches on. People write each other every damn day and no one thinks it is crazy. In the 40s when most people especially in the country didn't have phones. You either wrote or saw someone in person.

I get upset at people trying to judge these kids by today's standards. Leave Allie and Noah in the 1940s and read the book because the part about the young Allie and Noah is not like the movie in a lot of ways. There is no Ferris Wheel incident.
@Clovka7 ай бұрын
Allie is definitely guilty of DV towards Noah. Constantly hitting and slapping your partner is not a cute playful trait in a woman or any human, its abusive. But then, Noah stalked and coerced Allie into dating him in the first place. It's just a whole lotta toxic love up in this notebook.
@JonathanGonzalez-jz4td5 ай бұрын

@actualkarenokboomer31584 ай бұрын
People want to put this couple into this century, let them be judged by 1940s It was not even a little unusual for kids to even get married early, especially girls. What was unusual was anyone getting to go to college, especially girls.

Enjoyed the reaction but honestly the excessive commentary over the movie was distracting and kind of took away from the film.
@sophia-sy6mw7 ай бұрын
The point of a reaction video is to provide reaction and commentary, there are plenty other channels which are also great who speak less. These two bring their own style and interpretations, and they will probably miss things sure, but most people do when watching films. If you want to just watch the film then just watch the film.
@vincew42977 ай бұрын
@@sophia-sy6mw Most good reaction videos they’ll make small comments in between or they’ll pause the video to give their take and then resume not go on full monologues that last 15-20 seconds where you can tell they’re clearly missing parts of the film. You can say everyone has their own style however there’s a reason why certain reaction videos are better than others and have a better following, not only because of their editing but the structure in which they give their commentary. They know when to make their comments and when not to. Sometimes it’s better to just see their facial reactions to the film, not every moment needs commentary.
@OphepheVanessa7 ай бұрын
@vincew4297 eh, they're talking just enough. Everyone has a style and I hate people talking only when they miss the plot. He got it all.
