Wow, that ending though! OOF! That’s possibly the most heartbreaking ending to a John-Michael Cup video ever. John had victory at his grasp, but literally the game just said no. I can only guess what others have said, since Eternamax Eternatus’s actual body is up in the air that’s probably where it’s hitbox is. The hand I guess doesn’t count.

eternamax eternatus has special battle qualities, where it can only be in battle for the cutscene and story battle during the game. because its wild, the game doesn't see the story checkpoints to make the battle start and doesn't have physics to have it (as they said, you cant use emax eternatus so it doesn't start the battle). shockingly john never went to lake of outrage, a spot known to fill the grass with pokemon

Once Gen 9 stuff has mods, I'd LOVE to see someone hide both 8 new spikes AND a new cave with some hidden mystery Pokemon (probably Drowzee), and have you try to race to see who finds all the new spikes and whatever Pokemon gets hidden behind the new door. For added fun, if you knock the Pokemon out (or it uses explosion and somehow knocks itself out), all the spikes get randomized into totally new locations.
