I too have my village east of skauki. It might be a dangerous area, but everything you need is at hand except a mine which is a small trek up north. I still haven't set up the mine yet but for some reason my extraction shed is able to gather copper. There's also a decent flat area east of the lake I've been able to fit 8 6x6 farming plots, and have room for 4 more plots. Plus I can't wait extend the village onto the lake.

Hi, im a noob. Looks like copper is pretty reliably gathered passively as long as the excavation shed has pickaxes I havent set a mine (tech and knowledge not there yet) but i assume once i add a mine, then i can extract tin?

​@@Acradus yeah maybe I wasn't paying attention, I could have sworn there wasn't a copper option at first🤷‍♂️. As far as tin goes, I've been to 4 mines and they all had tin in them. The only ore that doesnt seem consistent is iron. The mine near the big waterfall east of piastovia didn't contain any...or maybe my rng luck

My Lord, I am dropping by to pay the king's tax. Thank you for all the tips, I started my village. I hope our Lordship will continue to show us the way of our dynasty. I build 2 houses, 1 resource storage, woodshed. Should I do a kitchen? If I put a villager in the kitchen, would it provide better meals to the village? Please continue, this is great info. FYI, to kill a bear, after his first charge, just run after him. He seems not able to turn fast enough. So running after him with a copper axe did it. Looking forward to your next episode. Oh! By the way, I just subscribed! :)

Thank you! 😃 a villager provides the same level of meals as if you made them. I usually like my kitchen worker making scrambled eggs because I usually have a lot of eggs coming in early game 😅
