10:15 I love how she touches the wood that's next to her because she thinks she is about to sink, also, for the castle ice cream, the brand that makes the ice cream is Breyers. I'm also pretty sad that they demolished the dragon tournament, I loved that ride, I'll never be scarily yanked to the side again.

I love going to places on holidays. I went to the zoo new years day. It actually got busy by noon time. And we had snow at are zoo. Are new polar bears were having a blast. I love the Dragon roller coaster. I can do that one. I didn't ride the Materhorn to many curves. Glad I listened to you.

We saw you as we walked by but you were busy and walking deeper into the play area and we weren’t stopping for the kids to play. We did have a great time.

Do you think first weekend in april would be too cold for the water park? Also would it need a separate day dedicated for the water park? Thank you!

It depends on the actual temperature. Next Friday is supposed to be 84. Which is sufficiently warm. As to duration, we have only been once and spent about 3 hours there and felt that we did everything we wanted to. Of course, we aren’t much for lounging, so we just went down slides non stop for quite awhile which wore us out. If you have the ability, I would plan for 2 days at Legoland if you plan to visit the Water Park, just to make it so you aren’t feeling rushed at all.

We’re taking our son for his 5th birthday in mid-June. Do you recommend one day or two days? We are planning on doing Legoland itself, the sea life aquarium and the water park.

I’d probably recommend 2 days. You could spend a good bit of time at the water park. Make a whole day of it really. SeaLife is not that big. Maybe an hour tops. If you can do 2 days, it will mean less stress about “trying to get it all in” Can you do it all in one day? Sure. But you might miss some rides, or cut your water park time short. Plus, if you can stay at the Castle Hotel, it’s an amazing experience and super fun for the kids.

We did have a great day for sure. We were there the same time we always are. 10 AM to 2 PM. I think it was the fact that it was New Years Day

Have you tried renting the legoland water park cabanas? I’ve been contemplating adding it to our trip expenses since we have our 2 and a half year old going with us but I heard they changed a lot of its amenities. Like they no longer give you souvenir legoland towels or a fruit tray and water, juices and some soda? And now they only provide the fridge with bottles of water, no more fruit tray and no more towels? If you know, please let me know! Thanks! I really enjoy your videos!

We also got a cabana on our last trip from about a month ago. But ultimately we decided not to spend the money. As far as I can tell, there is nothing beyond the fridge with waters.

Would you recommend purchasing the ticket for sea life on the same day? Will there be enough time for both?

I think there is. The SeaLife would take at most maybe an hour to an hour and a half to get through. It’s a nice aquarium, and we’d like to go back sometime soon. But it’s not huge. So it won’t take up a large portion of your day.

I don’t believe the ticket booths there are open last I recall. They require reservations to enter the park, so you’d need your ticket to make your reservation well in advance of your trip.

Not on this visit. Though we considered it! It just didn’t happen. But I think we will on the next one. We have in the past, and it’s not something we’d do frequently. But it has been awhile so we are planning another visit soon.

What does “road drop” mean?

Rope drop is the term. And that’s when theme parks remove the rope that prevents you from entering the park at the top of opening hour. It’s a term that is synonymous with the start of the day at theme parks, whether they have a physical rope or not. Legoland does indeed have a physical rope.

You can pack things like snacks and sandwiches. But you can’t bring in brand food. Like you can’t walk in with a bag of chick Fil a or McDonald’s. But we take peanut butter sandwiches for our kids all the time.

Yes. I’ve seen them doing it but I don’t know the time schedule of when it’s available. I saw it going on just outside the Coast Cruise about a month ago around 11 AM I think?
