Watch a persons first treatment with Advanced BioStructural Correction™. Not only does it look different than any other method of healing, but the results are amazingly different.
I would like to personally thank Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz for figuring out how to correct the human frame and restore health like no one thinks is possible. His revolutionary method of healing has changed and will further change health care as we know it.
Every doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, massage therapist and yes medical doctor needs to know this work. Even if they don't want to practice the method, they need to know about it in detail. For it can treat many conditions that plague our society, rob us of health, destroy our life and cost us lots of money.
Thank You Jesse for figuring it all out and having the willingness to teach others. We doctors can be quite stubborn and unwilling to change thinking we're right at every turn. You continue to stick with it, teaching us how the body actually works works even when we think we're right. Keep up the good work.

I may have found the answer to a LOT of my problems. I've known my body is all out of wack for a long time now, but just from watching these videos the awareness of what's not right in my body has doubled and I'm feeling all the little aches, pains and strains that I must have tuned out before. Can't wait to start getting sessions done.

Hi Morag. Can you tell me more about your story for others to hear? What have you noticed with ABC? What type of symptoms did you have?
@moragsamson4750
@moragsamson4750 6 жыл бұрын
My initial problem was lower back pain which occurred off and on for about two years then it started to be constant pain every single day. Leaning over desks, pushing & pulling heavy fire doors, sitting for long hours marking students work and carrying heavy bags of resources from classroom to classroom. These all seem simple tasks but when you are doing these every day the impact on your body builds up. Things got so bad I was considering leaving the teaching profession which I love. Normal every days task became a nightmare driving my car, getting in and out my car, coughing/sneezing and heaven forbid I dropped something on the ground. I thought this is not normal to live each day in so much pain so I decided to do something about it. I did go to see one medical practitioner and he just said I was tall back pain is to be expected and basically live with it!! I knew this was not right or normal to have to endure this level of pain. I decided to bite the bullet and do something about my situation. I did a lot of research into the various treatments that were available but none of them appealed to me in that none seemed to address the root of my problem - they were quick temporary fixes and the pain would come back!!! By chance I stumbled across your fantastic videos Jeff - I was hooked I could see the results for myself - all your patients were standing taller, straighter and the difference in their breathing amazing. I wanted to look and feel as good as your patients. I found your videos so informative and I could understand the philosophy behind ABC it all made sense to me. I was excited and eager to try the treatment - my heart sank when I discovered you were America - what were the chances of a clinic being in the UK never mind Scotland where I live. After more research I came across a fantastic clinic in Perth only 30 miles from where I live. I am now 18 months into my treatment and the transformation has been amazing. My journey with ABC has been a real education into how our bodies work a finely tuned machine - you only get one body so why would you not want to look after it - my car was getting better attention then me!!! I receive fantastic treatment from two fantastic ABC practitioners Donata and Richard they are really miracle workers in disguise - they are so caring and knowledgeable and have got me through some dark times. Forward unwinding at the start of my treatment was not a pleasant experience but with the help and expertise of Donata I got through the bad times. Remember the bad times don’t last forever!!!!!!! I have seen some major changes in my body - I grew 2 inches in height and I found that my arms seemed to get longer as all my sweater sleeves were now shorter - both of these facts have a simple explanation - I was now standing straighter hence the height increase and my shoulder were now back in their rightful place making my sleeves appear shorter. Every week my treatments are short and it seems that my practitioner is doing very little but the results are fantastic. You must listen and take the advice of your practitioner - changing shoes, sleeping and sitting positions are small adjustments to make but they work and will speed up your recovery. It is your responsibility in-between sessions to look after your body. I always leave every single week feeling on top of the world. It’s never too late to start getting your life back!!!!

Hi Morag. That's an incredible story. Thanks for sharing because your story will give others hope. People will see my videos in Australia and the UK and all over and they'll say to me that they wished they lived close by. Sometimes I find them a different ABC provider down the road from them and they're thrilled. Thanks for all the details of your journey. I'm very happy you can enjoy your life once again. Thanks to Jesse Jutkowitz who figured this all out. Without his work and his willingness to teach, there would be many more unhappy people around due to chronic pain.

Hi Stephen. I'm not the only one that does this work. I learned from Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz and he's taught many of practitioners how to do his work just as I show in this video. Don't hesitate for a moment to go see another ABC provider. You can find one at: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map If there aren't any providers close to you, consider going to the seminars yourself with a friend. You can't treat yourself, but you and a friend can learn and treat each other. Something to consider. The seminar information is on the same website as the provider map. Let me know if you find someone close or if you end up attending a seminar. As long as you have the motivation, two hands and a brain you can learn how to do this work. No tools are needed other than a massage table to do some of the maneuvers.

Thanks Kevin. It is much more than generic cracking of joints. Every type of joint manipulation changes the body. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes the person gets worse. But with Advanced BioStructural Correction we're adjusting exactly what needs adjusting at that moment in time.
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 10 жыл бұрын
In fact, with ABC we're pushing the bones in the exact opposite direction as standard chiropractic. Notice how I never have her lay face down and push on her back? Instead, with her up against the wall I can use light pressure to push vertebra backwards using pressure from the front of the chest, instead of pushing them more forward like what happens with face down adjusting. It's very, very different.

That's more than just the hair coming down.. I checked your timestamps, Kevin Bullock, and her posture has changed. Rather impressively. I sit at a desk a lot, like I am right now, and whilst watching two of Jeff's videos I've tried to sit better and I can feel that I'm breathing easier. I can't help thinking that if I keep reminding myself to handle my back/spine correctly that it'll go a long way to correcting/preventing Tethered Cord Syndrome. I imagine that learning to use your spine, in conjunction with the other muscles of the body, instead of more-so resting on your spine, would prove positive. ??

No tan because of compressed heart? WHAT
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 7 жыл бұрын
You misunderstood. You get a tan from sunlight, but you get the deep red color from excellent blood flow. When a persons heart is compressed from the spine in the back or the chest in front or both, the heart can't expand all the way to suck in the full amount of blood which it should be able to take in during the relaxation phase of the heart. Then when it contracts it can only push out a limited amount of blood. So I have nice deep red color in the winter months without any tan whatsoever. But then in the summer when I add a tan on top of the deep red color, it's a very healthy look.

Thanks AJC, but it's not my style. Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz developed the exact method of treatment that I show here. I learned everything from him. There is no way I ever would have figured this out on my own. It's much different than any other type of body work you've ever experienced. It's one thing to see it. It's another to experience it.
@aarondaniels6970
@aarondaniels6970 8 жыл бұрын
why do you feel warm after a adjustment?????
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 8 жыл бұрын
The extra blood flow most likely. Take a look at your facial color before and after getting treated. Most likely you have more red color in your face which shows the treatment opened up your chest which allowed more blood to come into your heart prior to your heart contracting. This means overall more blood flow to your entire body.

Can really see a difference in her posture before and after. When I go to cross my legs I can only cross my left leg my right one doesn't want to go down. why is this? It's been that way since I was a kid and I think my body has adapted to live with it and now my neck isn't even. I need to see someone like you. And I used to have a protruding chest bone now my chest is flat and i sometimes have breathing problems and heart palpitations. And when I cough It feels like every vertebrae in my spine moves. Or when I tense and bend over. I also feel like there's a problem with my atlas, it's feels like my head isn't on properly and I find it hard to nod my head. I know in need to see a chiropractor but I saw one before and he really didn't understand what I was saying to him and just cracked my back once and cost me £50 and I didn't feel any different. I need to see someone that understands my body from head to toe and tackle the underlying problems, but it seems like they only exist in America.

My feet get cramps every day unless soaked in warm water for long periods my right foot sometimes hurts at the arch what us likely the problem ?
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 9 жыл бұрын
Cramps could be due to something as simple as Magnesium deficiency or due to forward body posture that makes the muscles of the feet contract more to prevent you from falling forward. The easiest thing to do would be to take magnesium for a few days and see if it solves your problem. You can get this at your local Walgreens Pharmacy or even Walmart. If you get too much in you too quickly you'll get diarrhea so go a little slow with your doses until you reach bowel tolerance. I'm sure you can find articles online about Magnesium. The other thing you could drink is coconut water. This has minerals and potassium in it that could help as well. Now these are the nutritional reasons for cramps. The pain in the arch is probably due to your body being too far forward. Maybe not as bad as you see in the elderly. Maybe not even close. But either way if you're leaning a bit forward, this adds stress to your foot. Leaning back on your heals won't help either because you'll feel off balance. You'll need to get treated with Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC) to get your weight more on your heals giving you less stress along the bottom of your foot and heal. Look for a provider in your area: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map Let me know if you have more questions and if these suggestions work or not. Thanks for writing.

Dr. Jeff, It seems that the meninges would be tight/adhered on the side to which the patient leans during the sit test, yet with this patient, who leans left, you stretched her R meningeal side by flexing to the left. This is counter intuitive to me. Do you might explaining the flaw in my thinking and/or why you did what you did here? Thanks! - Dr. John

+christopher benson Same problem with me too. After two anterior meningeal releases a couple of days ago, the popping/snapping sounds are lessened. Not the most comfortable maneuver, but damn, it sure did a world of good, including my autonomic nervous system switching back into parasympathetic mode. Those releases also lessened that "shelf" on the hump part of my neck. I, too, turned red just like the gal in this video.
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 8 жыл бұрын
+Messiah Mews Thanks for sharing. Others need to hear this from someone other than me. It's so nice when they low grade underlying stress just lets go in seconds after a few maneuvers. That's the sympathetic stress you're referring to. So for those that don't know, the sympathetic part of your autonomic nervous system when cranked up in intensity is your fight or flight system. The parasympathetic part of your autonomic nervous system is your calming, sleeping, good digestion part. They're opposites in a way and are supposed to be in balance. When your body is twisted up mechanically you can easily be in high sympathetic stress mode. You don't sleep well, you can't relax, you tend towards road rage if it's really bad, you're easily startled with loud noises or someone sneaking up on you, you don't digest food well, etc. Basically everything you would need to be if you were being chased by a tiger or angry mob. Who cares about digesting food if you're running for your life. Oh and yes, your headaches can go away as well...either because of this sympathetic lessening effect and/or other reasons as I describe in the video. Thanks for sharing your story and taking the time and effort to come back here and tell others. You just made my day.

Spasm is intense muscle contraction that hurts. A foot cramp that has you hopping around trying to get rid of it would be an example. Also neck spasm would be where some of your neck muscles are intensely contracted and painful. Same for the lower back muscles or any muscle. Glad you liked the video.

This is called Synchronous Testing by the developer of ABC. After I touch a vertebra, I use the synchronous test to see if that vertebra needs to be treated or not. It's the only way to figure out what to treat and what to leave alone at that moment in time. I cannot tell if a vertebra needs to be treated or not, just by feeling the tip of the spinous process relative to the vertebra above or below. That would be cool if it worked, but it does not. In fact, if I tried to find which vertebra to treat by actually feeling for spinous processes that were more forward, I would cause more problems than I correct.

Hi Candace, the meningeal releases are just part of the whole ABC procedure. Doing the meningeal release alone might not help at all. It could be L5 or a messed up hip or a large unwind that would take many treatments to correct what you're talking about. But if your C1 is stuck, ABC could give you a lot of relief rather quickly. Take a look at my website to learn what Low Level Laser Therapy could do for you as well. www.aberlechiropractic.com

Why is it all chiropractors do and believe in diff ways of adjusting? Ace Thayer just believes cracking your neck fixes all problems you have. Then there is Dr. Johnson who cracks everything he can which looks like it feels great. Then I come across this which is interesting and looks effective. What is your thought on that?

Yes, it is very confusing. I have tried several different chiropractic techniques as well plus two different types of muscle treatments. I finally found that ABC produced consistent improvement in people. But bone manipulation in general has helped many people which is why chiropractors continue to have a profession. Can't answer it much better than that.

Just curious, I have a condition where the muscles of my back are severely rotating my right hip - to the point that hip area is super tight, has loss of rotation, and generally uncomfortable 24/7. The muscle mass is also larger, leading to an actual big difference in the size of my hips/waist. I've been to chiros that have tried "alignments" as electric pulses for weeks but nothing has helped. In your opinion, do you think this technique could help? Thank you!
@JeffAberle
@JeffAberle 9 жыл бұрын
Yes, ABC will correct it. You might already realize however that your rotated hip is a huge compensation point and not the primary problem most likely. Treating your hip is for sure going to fail if that is all any practitioner is treating. As your body unwinds, your muscle mass will equalize. Not sure how long it will take for that to happen, but find a practitioner in your area and get to work. It will also prevent hip and knee replacements in the future. You can find practitioners here: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map Thanks for writing and great question.

When you treat the spine, do you treat the entire spine or just the places that are blocked/that have tension? Will it make a difference if you also treat places on the spine that have no tension?
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 8 жыл бұрын
This video will explain some of what you're asking: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqPRfWOJpZ5sf7s Advanced BioStructural Correction treats bones that are out of place in directions the body cannot self correct because there is no muscle or group of muscles that can pull the bone back into place. Now this sounds like every form of chiropractic, but it is far from it. In fact, where a person hurts doesn't matter with regards to improving their condition. Using the synchronous testing that you see me doing with my thumbs is how you check for what needs to be corrected and just as importantly what does not need to be corrected. The areas that don't need to be treated are compensations and these could most easily be correlated to the areas you're describing that are blocked/that have tension. But that's not exactly correct either. We also don't treat the entire spine, but we do check every bone that has this potential problem of not being able to self correct in every direction. So it is a "full spine" protocol...actually "full body", but the trick is to ONLY treat what the body cannot self correct at that moment in time. Advanced BioStructural Correction has figured out every bone that has this inability to self correct in every direction simply because of this lack of muscles to pull in certain directions. We check and correct every bone that is available to treat at each visit. We're not looking for tension or tight areas because those are compensations and go away on there own as the person unwinds through their old injuries. To work the areas that are tight can actually do a disservice to the patient even if it feels good in the moment. I hope this clears things up to some degree.

+thestfu2005 That's a loaded question. It could be as simple as poor structure causing tight muscles that cause poor lymphatic drainage. But you could also have lymphatic congestion for other reasons. Don't want to go into the possibilities there, but get it checked out by a medical doctor. Have some lab work done possibly just to rule out anything bad. If all that checks out clear, get this work done. Or get this work done and see if it changes fairly quickly. If not, then have a medical doctor look at your situation. There's not nearly enough history in your message to me. Plus you need a hands on look at your body with a physical exam.

Whenever I lie on my back and bring my knee up to my chest and let it go back down my hip joint pops what does that mean.
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 9 жыл бұрын
Samsun Behol One of two things. Your hip is twisted due to misalignment's above or below your hip. For example you could have a twist in your pelvis or somewhere else that's forcing your hip to twist to compensate. When you do your maneuver it cracks. The other option is you damaged the labrum in your hip joint. The labrum makes the socket that your femur sits in bigger. Labral tears can happen. Unless you had direct injury to your hip, this option is less likely.

Hi Dr. Aberle, The testing that you do during the ABC protocol is objective or subjective?
@AberleChiropractic
@AberleChiropractic 7 жыл бұрын
The thumb checks are objective. The entire protocol is objective in a sense meaning that none of the treatment involves knowing where the person hurts. Where a person hurts is just where they're compensating. The practitioner is finding the bones out of place that the body cannot self correct because there is no muscle that physically exists to pull the bones back into the correct position. This is completely independent of where the person hurts.

It's different when you're viewing someone from video, but when you're having this done quickly, it's like "What Just Happened" after you're done. Going through it slower especially the first time is really important. Plus I was video recording this to teach others so I explained a lot of what was going on. Plus, plus, it's fun explaining things to people that want to hear. There are others that don't care so I don't explain as much. it would be a waste of their time and mine if the person didn't care.

This is a loaded question and depends on way too many variables that I would have to ask you and even then it would take a few visits to see how you respond. Let's put it this way....just a couple of visits usually has a profound effect. Does that mean all your problems are solved forever. No. But people usually feel very different after just one visit. From this awareness they get more treatments and continue to improve and unwind their spines.

In any honest discussion about musculoskeletal issues and manual therapy, changes from adjustments and myofascial manipulations will last depending on someone's lifestyle, diet, and genetics. That said the musculoskeletal system is about movement and everyone has postural patterning from anything from sitting to walking to sleeping to any other activities we put our body through. Those neuromuscular patterns can create compensations that will affect posture. Gravity wins the day overall so it's best to think of any manual therapy treatments as important maintenance but a fix is not generally something that will be long term. Getting these kinds of treatments should be considered an important preventative.

I understand, but it's often not as expensive as you think. When I ask people how much they think a treatment costs, they usually think it's a $100 or so. I wish!!! The first treatment might run that but after that, it's much less. More than half of my patients pay out of pocket and are happy to do so because of the results. Besides, people are under the misconception that if you have insurance, they pay and pay without any grief. Not true. Insurance will pay for say twelve visits per year, some more than that, but after those visits are up, the person goes to paying out of pocket. Lets say a doc charges $40 per treatment. Ten visits cost $400, plus say $55 for the initial exam and consultation. Do you realize how much can be accomplished in ten visits if those visits are close together in time, say over a four week period? Now if those visits are spread out over a year, you won't get nearly as much change, but it sure beats doing nothing.

killnthedrama I didn't take it as a rude statement at all. I wish insurance covered more people with this work as well. And not everyone has the money to pay out of pocket so they're stuck. What I see sometimes is people getting the wrong type of care for long periods of time then going on disability where now their insurance is a federal program. When they find me and a method of treatment that works, they have a hard time paying for it either at all or in the quantities necessary to get them back to work.
