Honestly OB/GYN rotation is one of best rotations not gonna lie. It was fun back then(not very long ), it is fun now and it will always be fun. Rotations are so much fun than just studying in your dorm and cramming for exams. The exposure is something that makes you a good doctor and that hustle between rotations and studying is worth it. Not an OB/GYN resident but when i was in med school doing rotations, i had so much fun with OB/GYN department. There is just so much to learn out there

If no, can u tell me if it's based on some guidelines provided by med associations in UK or does the country law itself allows it? I've never been to UK but it it's really surprising that even in developed countries patient body can be captured without consent.
