eee here are clips from the first week ish at davis! not much going on, but main fun things were fencing, silent disco, tote bag painting and downtown trips! classes aren't bad so far but i think they'll get worse later on ?

I'm watching all these UC davis vlogs to decide if I should go or not lolll it's my top choice for the schools I got accepted into, but I'm choosing either davis or community college to save money

I got accepted to ucd as a transfer student this year. I would suggest going to ucd directly than going to ccc. Of course, it saves a lot of money, but you will miss so many opportunities if you come to ccc and then transfer to ucd. As a transfer student, I feel like I missed so many opportunities such as internship, research, and general campus life that you can't experience if you come to ccc. If money matters a lot, going to ccc would be good choice, but in general I think directly to ucd is a better choice

LMAOO I'M GUESSING because of the background of when you walked in! I was actually living in Miller hall which is one of the 3 halls in the back of the segundo area LMAOOOOO. Well hey this was a great vlog and it's always nice to see other people having different experiences when they move in!! First year went by way too fast LOOOL🤧🤧🤧

i'm in segundo! cuarto is the most modern but farthest, and i like how tercero is super close to most classes

@@lexiannguyen do bioinformatics, I did communications and computer science and if I could go back in time I would have done bioinformatics, both computer science and biology are great for academia but if you want a job getting a degree in something more applicable is definitely better and I wish I knew this when I was going to UC Davis. Do you have a different way to talk like a way to directly message you?

Omg period! Im a junior in hs and im looking for schools with good medical programs (im trying to be a plastic surgeon) do u think ucd has a good one? If not what uc do u think is best?@@lexiannguyen

uc davis doesn’t have a specific pre med major, since you can apply to med school with any major as long as you take the prereqs. i’m not really sure about other schools but i feel like davis has a lot of resources for pre med students like a health professions advising department, but i’m sure other ucs like UCLA, UCI or UCSD prep you for med school well too
