I’ve always admired that you prioritise yourself when you’re a new momma. Like within a week you’ve gone and taken time for yourself. I have friends who wouldn’t leave their babies until like a year old. And I just felt like it was not taking care of themselves. I haven’t had the opportunity to have kids yet so I don’t know what it’s like. But I just admire the example that you set for your children that you would do anything for them but you also are important and have value beyond mothering. I hope that came out the way I meant it. So happy you’ve got your little girl now. She’s beautiful.

I will be having my 7th this June. I can say that you should continue what your doing for at least a month. My mom works full time and we will be paying her to live with us full time for 6 weeks. It will help with healing AND breastfeeding. Don't give this time up too fast. life gets busy and crazy and you need this time!
