It is really something to see you out on the track with your riding/training/prep and with your actual when it counts racing. Pump track racing and the same track design everywhere so what's the point of training

Track design hasn’t changed much since the introduction of the 8 metre hill. The UCI have a type of track that want and the various countries that hold World cups won’t get a race if they try anything that doesn’t conform. Even local tracks (at least here in Europe) tend to conform to the same familiar (boring) pattern. The Elite racers I talk to often have the same concerns. Having said that, there were loads of racers at this event that clearly struggled to get clean lines. Loads of cased jumps and over-jumping
