Your tax preparer would have known about this and would have filed properly - you started your LLC in 2023? If an error was made, you would contact the California Franchise Tax board

I have filed my LLC on December 2023. Will I need to pay in April 2024? is that considered as 1st year?

April 2024 you will be paying your 2023 tax return - because you started your business in december 2023 when the free first year was still in effect, you should not need to pay for 2023.
