“The first year of marriage is the best phase! It’s all downhill from there!”
“The first year of marriage is the toughest! Get through it and the rest of your marriage is sorted!”
With all the vague warnings that people casually give you, there’s just so much pressure on the first year of marriage. If you recently got married or have plans to be married at some point and have NO IDEA what to expect, welcome to my world and my latest video.
I talk about 7 things that NOBODY told me, that I fully had to learn on the job lol. I honestly wish someone helped a sister out back then, but as always I find myself being the person I needed when I was younger.
Check it out and send it to a sister who might find it insightful.
Another casual chit chat video that I hope you love. Do subscribe to my channel if you haven't already! :)

You are soo good at structured articulation Bri! I loved this video. I am literally living through this😊😊 First year will complete in a few months. I couldn't ever describe it as smoothly and effectively as you did. It's a chaos of change, intense emotions (primarily fun and gratitude so far) and learning in my head😁 Especially the 2nd last point 👆I could have probably come across other points described elsewhere (not as smoothly as you did), but that point is the main deal😁 It has long lasting good/bad effects over decades of years together as well! Thanks for making this video 😊 Enjoyed it!

Woah that’s very different around the world I guess... I think all of those things should be figured out before getting married, not after. That’s probably super hard to do it after it’s said and done. We got married a little over one year ago and we already have a baby. I can’t imagine figuring it all out and having a baby on top of that. That wouldn’t be possible! Very interesting

Hi if you have the luxury of time and live together before getting married then it’s great to figure all these things out before! But so much of the time, that’s not the case evidently
