Door stops are great security - just put it against a closed door and it won’t open. I used the when staying in hotels. I loved the ribbed vases.

Good luck at uni! With regards to the doorstop, if you get along with your flatmates it’s nice to be able to prop open the super heavy room doors so they can pop in and chat :)) Have an amazing time xx

make sure u take paracetamol, cold+flu tablets, lemsip etc so when u get freshers flu u already have it! like a mini first aid kit

I'm not sure specifically about UoN but some halls don't let you use blu-tack as it damages the walls - better to use pushpins on the pinboard provided :)

Great video - reminded me of a few things I completely forgot! I'm going to UoN too but for medicine :) The candles look great but I'm pretty sure they're banned from halls regardless if they're lit or not - I'm probably going to buy a room diffuser / scented reeds instead.

maybe try dunelm for cutlery? last time I looked they have a bunch with different coloured ends so you will know which is yours 😊
