Uganda has experienced much more GDP per capita growth in recent decades than most other African countries. To contrast this, regimes in Burundi, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Angola, etc. have not achieved much broad-based prosperity and are more intolerant of dissent than Uganda.

As long as the state is functioning efficiently, providing quality healthcare, education, infrastructure, and ensuring economic opportunities, the age of the leadership becomes irrelevant. What matters is a leader that is focused on creating sustainable development and uplifting the lives of the people. And this is where Museveni and his gang members have completely failed🤦

Yo, I'm Ugandan and I had no idea he had aged another year. I stopped even thinking about him aging. Like him being in alive has been as unquestionable as how I always have air and breathe. I do believe we need change in a lot of areas and I do hope the right person comes to take his place. Yes, a lot of people are unsatisfied with him but I never want to see this country experience war and bloodshed like our neighbors have over who is in power. So to all Ugandans, pray for our future and our country and our people. No matter who is in power, may we have peace and prosperity

It reminds me of a head teacher who after leading a school for over 20 years retired and took the office keys home with him.He said he would never let other inexperience head teachers come and ruin his/parents’ hard work.Anyway the keys were taken away by force and this school has improved and become one the best in the area since then.Never dread CHANGE when is due!!!
