Nothing, all politicians and celebrities do it. This has already been litigated in 2018 and Trump was found innocent. The main problem is that Donald Trump speaks openly with harsh words, while the opposition group speaks more gently. In the end, both cause damage, and neither is perfect. At least Trump is visible, while the other is not. The results from both are almost the same.

That is not what this is all about. Learn how to read and listen before contributing to a discussion like this. Trump can speak anyhow he wants, or he has actually been speaking anyhow he wants against anyone who disagrees with him; I mean anyone. However, the law says he can not speak to witnesses and jury during a trial. He can even say anything he wants against the Judge and prosecutors but not against the jury and witnesses. Though what you said is correct, to some extent, that is not the main issue or point of discussion here.
