Casual mensions of medicare deprive the cost of healthcare in US the focus it deserves. Should pharmaceutical companies put caps on the cost of their products to be as in other countries outside US it could reduce the cost of healthcare in US by over 60%. This makes pharmaceutical companies look like the good guys. I cant imagine the devastation of people who get themselves in the position of standing across the counter of a pharmacy in US
