LIVE: Reliance and NVIDIA Collaborate to Develop AI Infrastructure in India
NVIDIA and Reliance Industries have teamed up to build AI infrastructure in India. Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, announced the partnership during a conversation with Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani at the NVIDIA AI Summit 2024 on Thursday.
Huang said, "Reliance and NVIDIA are partnering to build AI infrastructure in India," adding that it makes perfect sense for India to develop its own AI. He added, "You shouldn’t export data to import intelligence. India should not export flour to import bread."
Ambani pointed out that the world is in the middle of an intelligence revolution, with India becoming a major hub for innovation. He talked about how important it is for India to create its own AI services. "Indians will not only export CEOs to the world's largest companies, but also millions of Indians will deliver AI services to the world," he said. Ambani also stressed the need for global cooperation, noting, "Everyone will have to work together to bring the intelligence age safely to the world."

You know this whole collaboration is aimed at building the NVIDIA piple line of Revenues for the next few years of the lucrative 500 B to 1000 B or $ 1 Trillion AI CHIP Processor GPU NPU or you change the name to an more AI Version of the Name to be sold by NVIDIA in India. If the true Collaboration would be to accelerate the chip design and manufacture in India itself at the fraction of the cost what NVIDIA does it else where Today

Set up colloboration between NVIDIA & Reliance and bring in ASML, TSMC, Intel, AMD together to help setup JV in India the AI GPU NPU AI Chip Desing and Manfucture in India

Thanks JH for offering to setup AI Chip Desing and Manufacturing Capability similar to Intel Chip Foundaries, in Mexico, US, Malysia and else where and the likes of Samsung, Sony and So Many Chip Foundaries in Taiwan. Would be great if Reliance initiate and lead create an Indian Consortium of JV for manufacture in India the ASML like technologies in India Itself. Instead of just selling programming labour from India. No more import of H/W manufactured from else where in the world but get help or Transfer of Technology from US, EU, TW, CN
