Speaking from experience, I had everyone call me gay before I even knew for myself. It was frustrating because whether they were right or wrong, hearing it before you have the time to figure it out is so sad and infuriating. I had that chance to discover it at 15 and he didn’t. I hope he gets clarity and the time to find himself.

All I can hear in this speech is a human being who clearly doesn’t want to talk about it but who needs to do it to free himself from the pressure surrounding his sexuality … we have to understand that nobody has to feel pressure about speaking of his/her sexuality … we are not all equal on that matter, it’s not as easy as one can think 🙏 PS: this song is so beautiful 🤍🤍🤍

Well, Shawn Mendes just open about his sexuality during his Colorado Concert, October 2024... "figuring it out" and I think there's nothing wrong with that at all. I still like him and his music.
