I'm writing a short film where a character time travels into the future and finds a Solarpunk world. This totally gives me some inspo!

Well, shit. I had the same thought but it involves a paradox and shifting timelines. They spend the time learning about what changed and having moments where they go to a future destroyed by capitalism and greed with constant climate disasters. This freaks them out so they dig and dig trying to find out what started the change to solar punk. As they put the pieces together, they realize _they_ were the cause because they made a movie and it showed people *a new way forward* At the end of the movie, it would tell the viewer that they are this person. They are the reason we get a better world through action pursuing the systemic changes required to make life akin to heaven. You can steal this if you want. Its been left on the back burner for so long because I've just been struggling to survive.

Wow! This sounds so exciting! I totally agree that we need more compassion and that that needs to be the foundation of the start of building our Solarpunk future. Showing people what that may look like through this short film, I believe, will be such a huge step forward! And I'd love to be able to support this film when the time comes.
