MCW numbers station M94. Recorded at my location in the Mojave Desert of California, USA, on April 23, 2009, starting at 1430.
M94 is an MCW numbers station. The CW characters are modulated on the AM carrier with an 1860 Hz tone. This station is associated with the Korean language numbers station V24.
The message sent starts with the header " V V V V V V V V V CQ CQ CQ de 815 QRV QRK5 QTC K". This header is sent three times in a row, the number "815" is the ID of either this message or the intended recipient.
Next the line "HR W12 BT" is sent once, "W12" indicates there will be 12 five figure groups in the message.
The 12 five figure groups are sent once followed by "RPT BT". The 12 five figure groups are sent again.
The message ends with "BT AR K TU VA"
