Well that is because Sean and his crew is making a great job. theoffcamerashow (on youtube) Is also a good example of someone doing it right. (Would love to have Sam Jones on the Hot Ones.) I also like the hollywood reporters "the round table" because the guests can interact so much between themselves and the interviewer is not so much a factor. Sometimes he/she interupts a train of thought in the middle but I think they do it cause they are on a time limit and want to get through a small set of questions and a photo shoot in time.

Yes very, Sean doesn't force questions or try to poke you for secret info on movies like every other interviewer.
