No it doesn’t. My autism brain needs familiarity and routine. We’re using the strengths of my autism to help me. So ensuring I have enough food, but there is less pressure for variety. I’ve never eaten a huge variety of food so its not an expected outcome. I have had some different dinners, it just suits me and my recovery well to have the same consistent (and enough) meal. But yes, just the other day I had a pizza so! Thankyou xxx
