my OCD is going crazy because of that leftover sand in the tank. I straight up wouldn't be able to sleep until I get every grain outta there lol. The tank looks phenomenal with the Asian Aro.

I just started a 125g Oscar tank. I have one 4 inch tiger in there and one albino growing out a little bit before I add him to the 125. Also have an electric blue Jack Dempsey doing in. We’ll see how it goes

I will have to admit I did not think the oscars and arowana were going to look good in the 700. But I am glad I was proven wrong. The 700 allows for more focus on the fish which is what you want with a beautiful arowana and some interesting oscars. That in mind I would guess the stingray is going into the 700 as it is one of those fish you don't want to get lost in the shuffle.

The little Black Diamond Stingray will definitely be added once it puts on more size.. i’m not sure what the last fish is, unfortunately I fell on some hard times and had to cancel my membership after being a member for almost 3 years.. but i’m hoping the final fish is that albino stingray you loaned out.. I really hope you get that ray back.. if that’s still an option!

I like how it is. I surprised you got rid of the piranha. Because I think I remember you saying was one of first species of fish you kept. I personally been watching channel for very long time. I think the gig tanks should be fish you personally want and how you want scape it. I like bare bottom tank with the stumps or logs. I think you should keep Asian Arowana, oscars,Tyrese, piranha, discus and uaru I hope I spelled that correctly. Then your other tanks try out new fish,different scapes,lighting and filtration. But I think you should keep what makes you happy. Don't listen to the haters. Joey just be yourself.

Stick on child child proof strap locks are the best thing I’ve found for arowana lids, learned if from people that keep octopus. And you can make it so when the hit the lid it has a little give and won’t just stop them dead in the tracks.

It's probably not practical, however if you had an above water enclosure to contain the Asian it would be interesting for feeding if they feed like other arowana. He or she could jump without risk.

How about building some sort of cage walls above the tank, maybe from thin pvc pipes, maybe with some transparent mesh, so you could leave the top off the tank and the arrowana could jump safely without a chance of falling to the floor?

You should add branches to the tree but that reach downward like roots almost and use them to hold the lids onto the tank.. so it keeps the asian arowana from jumping out while also kinda enhancing the tree display
