:- ingredients.
Chepala Pulusu.
1" kg fish.
Add the fish in a bowl.
1/2" tbls ' turmeric powder.
2" tbls ' red chilli powder.
1" tbls ' ginger garlic paste.
1" lemon.
Mix well.
Marinate the fish 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.
Add the ball size of tamarind in a bowl.
Season water.
Soaked 10 minutes.
Keep it a side.
Add the 3" chopped tomatoes in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
Heat 4" tbls ' of oil in a pan.
Add the marinade fish in hot oil.
Saute until fish turns brown in colour.
Transfer the fried fish in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Same pan.
Add the 1" tbls ' of black mustard in a same pan.
1" tbls ' cumin seeds.
1" tbls ' of Fenugreek.
1" tbls " chopped garlic.
1" tbls " of chopped ginger.
Mix well.
2" chopped onions.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
3" green chillies.
Curry leaves.
Mix well.
Add the blended tomato paste in curry.
Mix well.
Saute for 2 -3" minutes.
2" tbls ' red chilli powder.
1" tbls ' coriander powder.
1" tbls ' garam masala.
Mix well.
Add the marinate bowl water.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes medium flame.
Add the tamarind water in a curry.
Add the salt to taste.
Saute for 4-5" minutes.
Add the fried fish in a curry.
Cook for 6-8" minutes.
Stirring.
Coriander leaves.
Stirring.
Our delicious family fish curry is ready.
