FISH FILLET WITH TOFU
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup sliced onions
2 tablespoons sliced ginger
1 tablespoon taosi (salted black beans)
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1-2 pcs red bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Black pepper, to season
500 grams fish fillet, coated with flour then deep fried
500 grams Tofu, deep fried until golden

Thank you so much chef. Cooked it just now for our dinner but I do nit have tausi and black vinegar (substituted with lemon). And it still tastes 👍 good! I’ll buy black vinegar once I did my grocery.
