Hello Maam if we want to store fish for 5-6 days without compromising on quality so can we follow the below procedure: 1) Clean the fish in Ice cold Water 2) Cut the pieces as required 3) Vaccum pack in high quality plastic pouches 4) Store the fish in Chiller Commercial Refrigerators at 1deg to 4 deg With less handling of fish and following above procedure can we get desired quality after 5-6 days?
