@@learnandapply thanks. But my question was related to fishbone. We made the fishbone with all categories ( causes). From there, how will we select which item needs to start first. If it is based on frequency, we can see the same item appears under different headings (M/P/or S). That's what I'm looking for.

List down all causes and do the multi-voting by a team with Subject matter experts. Select the causes that are rated as most important by subject matter experts.
