We bought several of these on December 3rd, 2006. I'm currently selling 4 of them (2 sold) on Ebay because we completely forgot we had 'em in the basement storage room. Brand new in the original shipping boxes too haha. Haven't seen daylight. Just recently discovered while cleaning out our house prior to selling it.

We lucked out and found a perfect tickle me elmo special edition in goodwill for 98 cents! they thought he was broke because he just moved his arm up, than down and had no sound and didn't move, it was the battery :D

The batteries on my ernie was same thing. I get an KmX Ernie to christmas. The Problem was that Ernie during nothing. My parents said what a joke my ernie is. But if i put another batteris hin him he doing well. Lol. The batteries are sometimes the problem our Plush dolls

I love how once the flap on the box is opened up he's like ah ah ah no peeking and then he laughs surprised that even still works considering its age and the fact that it still worked was quite amusing I actually own the extra special edition version but he doesn't work he was given to me by someone I'd definitely want to find the cookie and erine tmx versions as well to go along with the extra special edition elmo that I already own Maybe someday you can do reviews on the tmx versions of erine and cookie monster as well
