Fisherman and Diver's Cove lie adjacent to one another immediately east of Shaw's Cove in Laguna Beach. This video was shot within a depth range of 10 to 30 ft. Conditions during the shoot: approximately 15 ft. visibility and moderate surge.

are those purple urchins or whatever they are called.... are they an invasive species?? I thought those purple things ate away the life on reefs and stopped the kelp forest from growing. ???????????? anyone??

I honestly don't remember if they are invasive but I know when I was doing my open water certification years ago my instructor would pick them off and open them up with a knife to feed the Garibaldi (orange fish) they would swarm you and eat right out of your hand. It was pretty cool.
