I really like this build. It is cozy but have kind of a modern touch as well. Reminds me of something the fixxer upper would have designed interiorwise. And I really like the bold blue you use for the exterior.

I find my decor items don’t clip as smoothly to the bookshelves (see: living room beside television) do you have a special mod for that? Is it part of the t.o.o.l? Great build as always!
