Cuttlefish don't hide they have chromatophores that enable them to change their colors and blend in with their surroundings

Let them good settled a few days and they may swim out a lot more. The rock looks good. I think you should leave it in if possible. Or just take half of it out, if you have to.

Yup also doesn't hurt to thoroughly wash the rock structure in case of any contaminants, as well as the tank itself and anything that goes in it.

You gotta wet the sand first before you fill the aquarium, thats why you get all those bubbles. Lots of trapped air in the sand

Have patience, they will grow quickly and become more noticable very soon! That's a cool rock structure, but you have no bio activity in the filter or substrate yet so I'd be adding stability every day and keeping a close eye on the tanks levels, even if you used established water it will do a mini cycle

Straight off the bat feeding the frogfish especially that size,crabs as you know they swallow they're pray whole and like what happens when pelicans sometimes swallow cats and they just rip open the pelican's mouth that would happen to the frogfish if you feed him a crab
