Nice Fillets Jaime. We bass fish and crappie fish at night during the summer. Thanks for showing us the livescope. I have never seen it before but I like it !

Thanks. I bass fish at night as well. Take this weekend, it will be over 100... I will go in the evening and stay out the majority of the night. Bass, crappie, and catfish bite... But I rarely, of ever, catch bluegill at night. The livescope is pretty cool. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Jaime, glad you won the lottery and got one of those Panoptix outfits. They are the cutting edge of technology today. About your t-motor mount of the transducer, you might want to check out the hottest mounting alternative. Fishfindermounts.com now have a separate pole mount system so you can point the transducer anyway you want, totally separate from whatever you are doing with the t-motor. I talked to the owner, Wade, on the phone and the demand for the pole mount is overwhelming. Keep dragging in those big crappie! Best wishes, Don

Hey Jamie do you always use the down setting or do you ever use the forward view on the live scope

I use down when I am jigging. The forward when I am searching, casting out or moving. Depending on your set up, mainly If the livescope transducer is on the trolling motor or on a stationary device, forwardvu can be very effective or troublesome. As you can see in the video, mine is set up on the trolling motor. I like this because I can use the trolling motor at will without using my hands.

JaimeAstin oh gotcha do you have to change the mounting position of the scope? I have just gotten the setup and I’m trying to get all the bugs out. Mine is not mounted on the motor..
