I just love watching yall fish! Tiger is a sweety! Them currents look strong for sure. So glad nobody found any sinkholes! I would of been terrified. Thanks for sharing!

For wading a river like that you need to get the PFDs that inflate when they are submerged. They will give Jay a little more security that even if she steps in a deep hole she’ll be okay. And Cole needs to wear one so he will be sure to be around for Jay and Cypress. Need to take more precautions when you have a family. Great video and great fish.

...and Tiger?...I guess he's a redshirt crewman from the original Star Trek series? L (For those who don't know, if a party "beamed" down to a planet and included several blue or gold shirt crewman along with a redshirt, it was a cinch the redshirt was about to die! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redshirt_(stock_character) )

I’ve fished the Spring River since 1970….I’ve caught some big smallies around the Bayou Access and Riverside……some big bass and trout as well around Dam3 and down around Ravenden….I remember when they advertised issues with the sink holes, never got down where they were around the Many Island areas for many years, last time around the Oaks, caught a 7lb walley…time to eat

I absolutely love you guys! You share your family with us and I feel like that you are my family. Cole, I know you like to bass fish. But I was so hoping that you would take Jessica with you and fish more for eating fish. If you had too many fish already in your freezer, maybe you could fish for others, maybe charities who feed people and would certainly appreciate and enjoy your catches? I would much rather see you catch and cook than just fish for bass and throw them back. Just my opinion and comment. Really love it that other KZbinrs such as John at Creek Fishing Adventures watches you..

I've never fished the Red River. When Dick Clay was still alive we talked about the difference between Spring River and Red River. Fishing is definitely better on the Red. It's been extremely hot around here so I only go early morning and late evening. It's time I do some more river fishing. You 3 had a great day and I enjoy watching the action. I'll be doing some jerk baiting tomorrow morning with my new Rapalas. Hope to get into some good fish. Keep your lines tight and much love to you.
@buzzworth23962 жыл бұрын
Well just got home. The water around here is low. I found all my fish tight to stumps and blow downs. I caught 6 in all. Smallest was about a pound & the biggest about 2 lbs. Wacky worm Creame Bama craw and a cloud worm in junebug color Neko rigged. I had my AFib started acting up so I came home. Too hot outside

People in Arkansas generally shouldn't keep Smallmouth, they're hyper aggressive and it takes FOREVER for them to get big in Arkansas waters. The quality of the population drastically improves when people don't keep them, unlike other places where some keepers are helpful.

My favorite river. I live near the end. It is indeed a dangerous river. Beautiful, full of fish, but over 9 million gallons of water flow here every hour, it is a powerful stretch of water.

According to what I've read theirs numerous huge underground caverns all over the area and when the ceiling of a cavern break's through that's what happens to the water. Funnels into the void until it's full or finds a way to rejoin the river, which that one did according to what I read.
