I am astonished by the numbers of Chocolate , Copper and Silver Mahseers present in the Fresh river Waters of Arunachal Pradesh , however it won't take much time before their numbers are finished and depleted due to fishing etc like it has been observed and recorded in other places where once their were plenty of mahseers but due to human activities and fishing etc they are now finished. Therefore education and information to the local population about their importance and how they must be preserved and saved has to be taught to all the people of Arunachal Pradesh and all the places where Mahseers also known as the Fish of the Gods still happen to exist. Many places where Masheers used to be fished and hunted plentifully have put a ban against fishing them and are putting in massive efforts towards saving the mahseer population. The beautiful and Glorious Mahseers the Tigers of the River are precious and important. Please share the knowledge of their importance and value so that they can be saved.

Bro u r right but in my place people occasionally catch fish because we the people of Arunachal Pradesh depends our traditional on fishing and hunting but nowadays gradually we trying to stop this type of practice. Thanks for valuable suggestions ❤🙏
