My daughter just visited CSU Monterey Bay… my wife was there and showed me the shoreline via FaceTime and I was convinced it looked fishy! Do you fish that area?

Yeah wait till next month and it will much more pleasant to visit possibly fish. A chance for better action Striped Bass and maybe a Halibut from shore. When I know you will too.

What kind of bait are using their bro? Is it a grub or a swimbait paddle tail? What's your opinion on colors does it really matter? I noticed you're using purple is that for a reason?

It is a 2 inch paddle tail by Mekeni Baitz. Definitely using the darker Colors with the overcast/ fog creeping over. Towards the afternoon I used the much lighter colors like the aqua and strawberry patterns.

I'm hesitant to try other things since that works so well for me. Would love to see other options.
