Hi Wayne, I have fished the passage every weekend in the cooler months for years, I kept a log last year and caught around 200 flathead from April till the end of the year, what I have found is that as soon as those banks appear on a dropping tide its game on and I do very well fishing the edges but as soon as they are all covered I struggle to catch a fish, big golden trevally in the area that will test your tackle, have also taken snapper to 60 cm at the mouth of glasshouse..

LAND & BAY Fishing don’t know how to do it but you get a 360 degrees photo and put on google maps. Be good to get the more photo of bay gives you an idea what it’s look like , Bribie island And the passage .

Also know that if you’re fishing for food it’s considered essential and the original rules apply so can have anyone on the boat as long as you give regard to social distances

LAND & BAY Fishing yes I was aware for the sake of providing food it was ok. However I had to say no to a friend and partner (both from the same house not living with me) who were keen to come out. I just couldn’t risk getting fined.
