I want to say God has been very good to me and blessed me throughout my life but I've recently had some really bad news My boyfriend of 7 years who I love very dearly and is outdoors guy as much as I'm a girly girl he has been diagnosed with cancer I know I have faith in God and I know without a doubt he's going to heal him but it does get hard watching someone you love so much go through this horrible disease. I am definitely checking out that buzz bait. Good move on getting extra rest, the only person that is going to take care of you is you. Been supplementing naturally for a few weeks now, 4 pinches of Celtic Sea Salt before drinking water throughout the day, 6 super mushrooms, sea moss, spring water only, one glass lemon water, 2tsp cayenne pepper, 1oz apple cider vinegar, ginger, and chopped raw garlic clove eaten within 10 min. Huge difference! The heat doesn't hit me like it did.

I zest it then roll it before cutting in half and crush it in the glass, then add it all in and fill with spring water, let it set for 30min min. Sometimes I add raw local honey for a lemonade. My friends think I am using the force or something but I tell you what, it is working. Did a 4 mile hike up a mountain in the heat no dizziness wasn't even thirsty.
