Although Tampa Bay has been hypoxic since the 1980s, oxygen conditions and subaquatic vegetation populations have improved due mainly to the Tampa Bay Nitrogen Management strategy, from the 1980s to 1990s. However, conditions oxygen worsened from 1990s to 2000s.

Hi Alan this is Michael I was mullet fishing in Wakulla County got caught they say we fleet and diluted x 3 + took them a week to find me and they did it by gas station videos
