Im staying in castara in 2 months ... does this guy take peole out fishing ... and is it possible to walk around to this side of the bay

The person who took us, is the owner of the hotel and I am guessing he does not do charters, but I am sure there are other fishermen who does. You can walk to both sides of the beach to fish. We notice a man was catching fish on shore by the mouth of the river using bonito for bait.

Next week we are releasing more Tobago videos. I heard that on Thursday and Saturday they bake bread in a dirt oven in Castara. Also heard they have a bonfire on the beach weekly.
