Really fun episode guys! Still wondering how you would have handled that big shark! Thanks to Josh and Dallas for helping Dan be able to put a fun episode together for his subscribers!

This was a difficult episode but we made something happen out of nothing...I would have pooped my pants if that shark surfaced by the boat!!
@sumptinfishy2 жыл бұрын
My plan was to gaff his mouth to hold him by the boat while Dan or Dallas cut the leader or took the hook out. It was a barbless circle hook so it would have come out easy.

Great video as always! I would suggest using crabs at the outer wall for sheepshead, caught 3 over 8 pounds last weekend.

Thank you for watching...we were using crabs and they just would hit..all the action was on the fleas

Awesome video, really enjoyed it. Never fished the walls yet, I mainly stay around the lighthouses to catch stripers and weakfish. Looking to do some flounder fishing this year. Keep the videos coming, always a great watch.

Me and my father put out there all the time! We could do something with ya if you want. Sand flies are very common on the beach. I usually catch a couple hundred every time we go to the beach.

Cool video their are some big sand tigers in the bay and one time i caught a 19 in tog and when the took to the barn they told me that tog grow so slow that a 16 in tog is around 14 years old and now i cant seem to keep tog i release them they are pound for pound one of the hardest fighting fish in the bay

Can you do well catching other species without anchoring to the wall. Just fishing that general area with a Hi Low rig. I generally use fish bites, blood worm and sandflies
@302FISHING2 ай бұрын
@Hev2500hd We don't have to anchor anymore since Jish got a spot lock trolling motor. Never tried a high low there. But the specific to be had there are Tog, Sheepshead, Triggerfish, Dogfish, Oyster Crackers and a rare black drum

How do you retrieve the blade from the wall without jumping on to the wall. Always wondered that
@302FISHING2 жыл бұрын
Most people just cut the line...they use cheap nylon rope to secure boat...if u go on to wall you will see all kinds of dangles still attached
@gerardtallarido94212 жыл бұрын
Got it thank you. BTW Great Video
@sumptinfishy2 жыл бұрын
Usually the rope is quite frayed by the time I'm ready to move. I just motor away from it and it breaks where it's been rubbing the rocks. Not a fan of the idea of cutting it at the boat and leaving the line in the rocks.
