The Kymijoki River is famous in Finland for its fishing rapids.
The river is about 200 km long. In the video, the fishing took place between Lahti and Kouvola, in Iitti, near the Mankalan Voimalaitos power plant.

Здравствуйте. (Еще раз 😊). Заранее прошу прощения - за очередную кучу вопросов ))). Скажите пожалуйста, я правильно понял - это место совсем рядом с платником Оннен Вира - про который вы тоже делали видео? И по поводу правил ловли в этом месте (возле плотины) - можно ловить на спининг, на расстоянии не более 100 метров от плотины, но не с самой плотины (моста) - без дополнительной лицензии, кроме обычной государственной? На расстоянии более 100 метров от плотины необходима дополнительня лицензия? ( где ее преобретать и какова ее стоимость?).Если я что то неправильно понял и ошибся - поправьте меня. И последний вопрос - какие условия парковки в этих местах (где и платно, или нет)? Заранее благодарен.

Это единая водная система, но не совсем близко. Там 2 соединяющихся озера + речка. Onnen Virta находится у электростанции Vuolenkosken vesivoimalaitos. А вниз по течению, примерно в 28 км, вторая электростанция Mankalan Voimalaitos. Это видео как раз об участке у Mankalan Voimalaitos. У Mankalan Voimalaitos 100 метров под станцией нельзя рыбачить совсем. Наверху от электростанции рыбачить можно с берега, но он очень крутой. Парковка есть у электростанции, бесплатная. У электростанции Vuolenkosken так же нельзя рыбачить 100 метров вниз по течению, ни с какими лицензиями. На участок вверху электростанции и дальше 100 м вниз по течению до соединения с озером нужна лицензия. Как ни странно, на официальном сайте нет этой информации, но мне сказали местные рыбаки, и говорят что там довольно часто их проверяют. Официальные запретные зоны и прочие правила можно проверять тут: kalastusrajoitus.fi/#/kalastusrajoitus А вот лицензия на участок над и под электростанцией: 10 евро в день на участок реки ниже электростанции.
