Fishing in SCORCHING 110 Degree HEAT!!! Arizona Desert Fishing!

You win some and you lose some, that basically sum sup how todays video went. Can never complain about a day on the water but sometimes that brutal heat gets to both the fish and the fisherman! we fished first light to the after noon fishing summertime islands and points with barely any luck towards a big fish. The heat had the fish tucked down into cooler water leaving the little ones free roam over the lake. Anyways can't complain about catching any fish even if they're small! like I said in the video I just want to film as much as I can and get it out to you guys wether its a stellar day or a slow one!! hope you guys can learn something from todays video and implement it into your fishing styles. Did surprisingly well for being out there in the middle of the day. The seasoned fish know better than to come out during the day, all the young fish are just learning this. Solid video showing the reality of living here... If I were you I'd fish at work in the AC..

The big fish definitely know to lay low in that heat no matter where we tried we ran into those little dudes but sometimes that’s just how it goes! And right! I’d much rather fish there lol

@@desertbassin haha yes sir! I fish from shore there all the time. First thing i do is swim into the lake to feel the warm water switch to colder water switch. Then i know how far to cast on points and rocky areas and when to start the senko jiggle. Crush em everytime. 15 from shore in 6 hours my record there.

Have you ever had any luck fishing near the Phoenix raceway ? I live close to it and can’t seem to ever get anything off the shorelines.

I used to fish there all the time the trick is getting away from the crowd. It’s always pressured there so if you can get a bait to fish that haven’t seen it as much you will find yourself getting more bites. Good luck homie 💪🏼
