I go to Spain often and would love to fish but getting a licence seems almost impossible!

That’s true. Spain is divided into different regions, provinces and communities. Fishing rules in Andalusia might be VERY different from Asturias for example. Fortunately the license for Valencia community is quite easy to manage. Which area do You visit often? Perhaps I would be able to give You a valuable advice.

I live in spain in the Alicante area and checked some of the lakes. Acces to the lakes is very difficult but you gave me some inspiration to start trying again . Where are you from?

Holà, at present time I live in Prague, but visit Spain quite often. There are a few nice water dams near Alicante, mainly with carp and bass, but coastal fishing is also very interesting. So enjoy and don’t forget to manage a license and the fact, that difficult access means usually more fish 🐟
