Who likes bagging up with one of the UK's favourite fish - the tench. Tinca tincas are a firm favourite of mine in an evergrowing world of carp. Do you like catching them yourself?

Some lovely fish there mate, especially in January! I'm blessed to have a local Park lake where not many people fish for Tench or Bream, it's rammed with them. Average Tench 6lb, one or two doubles present, Bream are all over 7lb, most go doubles. Tench are by far my favourite species, and I start to target them end of January, first week of February. First go will be next week for me!

Great video mate i love them kind of days it dosnt always av to be about large fish but catching with most casts even 2 or 3 pound in winter gives great satisfaction great day thanks

@MoreFishMission more in the warmer months on natural waters although the commercials are stocked with good amounts of tench if u can get thru the carp

@MoreFishMission I mainly fish commercials cuz I'm disabled it's easier for me personally, commercials that contain tench barbel ide chub etc makes the fishing more fun imo

Done ok with tench in winter with small feeding window, ive found crusians below certain temps on non commercials basically disappear from November till April! . , nice video, great to see a venue with tench n crusians not hundreds of f1s n carp which just ruin this sort of fishing.
