Ah ah.... So you came back for more !! This reminds me so much of me doing exactly the same things and experiencing exactly the same disillusionment and despair after hours and hours and hours of casting for nothing. And just like you, I finally got rewarded with a few sierras... But it is soooo damn hard to fish this island from the rocks. Bless my kayak everytime I'm there catching every thing I can't from the shore.............. Well done, anway.

I have just come to Lanzarote for another holiday but have brought my spinning gear, 4th cast and I caught an AJ, I think I’m quite lucky! Hoping for a bonito. Great video 👍

the fishingline snapped on a rock. You can see in slowmo how I try to catch the end of the line but the fish fall back into the see 😡

Nice video,fishing here can be very tough, especially this year has been bad.Be careful when you fish that place in Arrecife,you're not allowed to fish there anymore.One of the best places it was,we caught a lot of fish there.There's a sign before you cross the bridge on the right and the harbourpolice patrol quite often.

Hey Jeroen! Thank you for your feedback. I have seen the sighn and asked some fishing canarios there with told me that this means, that it is fobidden to fish inside the harbour but you can fish at the exterior wall to the see. There have been fisherman all the time and I have met there police too, but they don´t care about me.... maybe things have changed till january?

Great video thanks, and a nice fat bonito was a well deserved reward for all that fishing. We had 3 holidays to Lanzarote cancelled in the last 3 months, but keep trying. Next one booked for April. Cant wait to try fishing there. How did you lose your camera gear?

Thank you Richard, it seems that you already have the right attitude for these hard Island. I lay down my backpack including my saltiga, fishing equipment and cameras next to my car in dark parking garage after a sunset barracuda session and drove away without it. Shure one day later it was gone but nice people found it and after a couple of month I had my stuff back, made a movie about it on my chanel.

Du musst jedoch den Drilling gegen Assisthooks austauschen da sich dieser sonst gerne im Wurf im Vorfach verhängt www.decathlon.de/p/casting-jig-biastos-60-g/_/R-p-191994 viel Erfolg auf La Gomera

Ich hab die W8 in 23 als Hauptschnur und die Daiwa Prorex FC in 0,50 mm als Vorfach, hoffentlich reichts das. Viele Grüße und weiterhin viel Erfolg!!(von so einem Bonito träume ich auch) :-)

Hey Thomas, wenn’s nur nach dem Fisch geht reichen 0,5 locker da hast du recht aber das wirkliche Problem sind die scharfen Felsen an die dein Vorfach womöglich x mal dagegenknallt bis das überhaupt mal in die Nähe eines Fisches kommt. Zieh es zumindest in Erwägung ein dickeres als Reserve mitzunehmen...

But a single fisherman with a rod in his hands on the rocks doesn‘t make any difference, when in the same time a bunch of industrial fishingships float around your coastline and catch daily tons and tons of fish. You want preserve your sea, start there, I help.....

Ich bin gerade an dem spot auf dem langen hafensteg auf dem du auch warst und da ist ein Schild angeln verboten ich bin trotzdem mal hin wollte gerade die Rute auspacken schon fährt ein Polizeiauto vor ich hab es aber von weitem gesehen und meine teleskoprute ist wirklich winzig die passt in meinen Rucksack und in dem Rucksack erwartet niemand eine angel deshalb bin ich wohl nochmal davon gekommen, keine ahnung wieso da in deinem video so viele leute so offen angeln wenn hier die Polizei kreist 😄

Die anderen Angler meinten das Angeln auf der Außenseite der Hafenmole sei geduldet, hab die Polizei da auch schon gesehen und hatte den Eindruck sie interessieren sich nicht für das was außerhalb des Hafens passiert.. ABER Sicher ist Sicher und du hast richtig reagiert, was der Eine noch duldet ist für den anderen unumstösslich in Stein gemeiseltes Gesetz

@@bastardmakrele9229 alles klar danke generell bin ich heute mal die Küste abgefahren von areciffe Richtung órzola und ich habe wirklich keine guten angelplätze gefunden entweder es war angelverbot oder es ging flach 200 Meter ins Meer und als ich dann mal bei Steilküsten zwischen Mala und Arietta war, waren die Wellen so hoch dass sie meinen wobler(30 gramm) immer wieder aus dem Wasser gehoben und weggeschmissen haben er ist dann quasi nur von welle zu Welle gesprungen da war keinerlei köderführung möglich das ist mir so zu blöd geworden am Donnerstag fahre ich mit nem Boot aufs Meer raus bei einer angeltour und dann hat sich die Sache mit dem Küstenangeln auch für mich erledigt 😂
