Monster quests are unlocked 5 levels after the map is opened.

Bro I'm still at 3 Biara I swear I'm sinking into madness I tried a lot of spots and always different fishes get the bait I used popper 5/0, popper 3/0, small minnows, aracu minnows but still only 3 Biara and I need 7 more, it's so damn annoying, unique payara was much easier, I don't know what to do with the biara objective

After you catch one, you can speed it up by coming 1 hour before the time you caught the next day

I agree, it's pretty hard to get. I caught it by constantly changing places on the map. and usually between 7-8 am

I understand. If you say money is not a problem, it is quite effective between 7 and 8 am on your first day. You can exit the map and enter again. You will have more luck, you will not spend coins. But it will cost a little.
